We require people to come and check on our horses during weekends and/or public holidays. This role requires some horse experience, to be able to move temporary fences, removal of manure, feeding hay and medication when required.
We have a roster system and at present, Warriors are asked to do 1 weekend a month.
Reasonable fitness level, some lifting, some horse experience.
Please be aware that anyone volunteering with us needs to be fully vaccinated- in line with the Government mandate for Health and Disability service providers. We aim to achieve this by December 1st 2021.
1 weekend a month, dependant on your pace, approx 2 hours each day.
