Training Coordinator/People Leader

Cambridge, Hamilton, Huntly, Matamata, Tokoroa, Taupō, Ngatea, Morrinsville, Te Awamutu, Te Kauwhata, Putaruru, Pirongia, Tuakau, Pōkeno

The purpose of this role is to oversee the delivery of training and development across a large region. This is to ensure that GirlGuiding NZ volunteers have the mix of skills and the ability to deliver a well-balanced relevant girl programme.

*Please note you will not be delivering the training but managing the logistics around it.

Requirements:

Work as an effective member of the Area Manager’s team to contribute to the operational decision making and annual planning to ensure that training and development is delivered.

Ensure that the Area Training Team is well co-ordinated and effective in the support and development of volunteers

Lead, support, develop and review the performance of any role reporting directly to the role holder ensuring the delivery of quality training and development opportunities to volunteers.

A Police background check is required for this role.
