Youth Camp Volunteers

Want to make a difference in the lives of young kiwis?
Our camps are focused on building courage, confidence, literacy skills and character for our campers. The camps are structured with morning literacy classes and adventure activities in the afternoon. The main focuses of the volunteers will be helping out with implementing our programs. Camps are held at camp Te Kauri (Te Awamutu) region and run for two weeks.
The first week is an all girls camp from 5th - 11th July the second week is an all boys camp 11th-17th July. Accommodation and meals are provided at the camp for volunteers.
We need volunteers who can assist us with: Driving mini van's, camp leaders, activity helpers, cooks, security.

Help create a safe and stimulating environment for our campers, have a real can-do attitude, willingness to help, team player, and help support our campers get the most out of our camps.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Volunteer for either one week or both:
5th-11th of July (Girls camp)
11th-17th of July (Boys camp)
