Hamilton Arts Festival/Toi Ora Ki Kirikiriroa has a great programme for 2023 with many of the acts from 2022(festival cancelled), returning next year and some other exciting shows. The programme can be viewed at hgaf.co.nz

Hamilton Arts Festival /Toi Ora Ki Kirikiriroa needs Zero Waste Heroes who are passionate about the environment and recycling and want to support our goal of having a zero waste festival. A Zero Waste Hero will be sifting and sorting at waste stations in the Festival Hub and on the Rhododendron lawn . Audiences will bring their 'rubbish' to the waste station and will be encouraged to sift and sort it themselves under the watchful eyes of our heroes, and place it in the appropriate bin.
We know how busy people are at this time of year so apply to do one shift or multiple shifts depending on your availability.
Zero Heroes will be required to set up the waste stations and tidy up the site prior to finishing for the evening.
Zero Waste Heroes will be supplied with the right protective gear to be safe from cuts and scratches.
This is the fourth year we have had these roles at the festival and we are very excited to be on the pathway towards zero waste.
