Assistant Kiln Technician

The Waikato Society of Potters studio is a safe environment that welcomes people from all walks of life, of all ages, and with or without disabilities, from all over the world. Our aim is to support and highlight pottery, sculpture and all things ceramic, with a rich history spanning nearly fifty years. Our society offers services and facilities to both general public and members, and we believe strongly in our contribution to the Waikato Arts Community.
We require a volunteer/s for Mondays to help our Kiln technician load and unload kilns of our communities art pieces. An assistant Kiln technician will be responsible for unloading and loading our Kilns. This is a great opportunity for some one interested in Art to see and be apart of and active creative community dedicated to pottery and ceramic creations.
