Minutes Secretary

Do you have excellent literacy and experience in taking meeting minutes to assist a fantastic youth and children centred organisation with their Board meetings?
You will be required to attend their monthly meeting, take accurate minutes then send the draft minutes in a timely manner (within 5 days) to the manager for distribution to the Board.


Competent written and verbal skills, including report writing.
High level of confidentiality a must.
Must be Reliable.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Third Monday of every month
5.30 – 7.00pm + an additional hour to write the minutes up
Able to commit to 12 months.
