This role is to assist the Information Officer in recording, updating, performing data entry and keeping the Citizens Advice Bureau's Community Directory up to date and relevant. This is a hands on role and you will be accountable to the Manager but report to the Information Officer.
This role requires an individual with a passion for learning, excellent computer and communication skills (both oral and written). Strong attention to detail, ability to analyse information from and about service providers, make effective assessments about suitability for adding to the database, strong organisational skills, self motivation and the ability to work independently and part of a strong team. This role is every Wednesday between 10:00am and 2:00pm and requires a minimum of a 9 month commitment.
