Board Secretary - Thames

As board secretary your tasks will include: attending monthly meetings (held on a Sunday at 2.00pm) and taking minutes. Setting monthly agenda in conjunction with the Manager. Circulating by emails, meeting minutes, agenda items, and managing general correspondence, etc. Your input enables our board to work more effectively and efficiently and ensures our team works cohesively.

You will need to be trustworthy, reliable and well organised and able to give this role the time it requires and deserves.
Ideally have the resources to do this role from home and/or at the Centre.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
