Regional Hub Coordinator

This opportunity is for a Regional Hub Co-Ordinator, supported by the Area Manager, Upper North Island.
As a volunteer you will:
• Provide effective leadership, direction and support to the teams
• Create a welcoming and inclusive culture
• Contribute to growth in membership of both volunteers and girls through quality leadership and delivery of a well-balanced, relevant girl programme
• Ensure that there is a strong girl voice in the Region and that girls are heard and listened to. Ensure the Area Girl Advisory and Participation group have opportunities to engage with the Regional Hub and that their voices are heard

Requirements:

You will bring with you the following knowledge and skills
• Effective people management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, using a variety of channels and technologies
• Effective co-ordination and organisational skills
• Openness to change and new ideas
• A good knowledge of your wider community - strong community relationships would be an advantage

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Minimum 3-4 hours per week
