In this role you will -

  • Create and distribute a monthly meeting agenda.
  • Type up meeting minutes and distribute these via email
  • Sort, track and store applications from young people who would like to benefit from our service.
  • Maintain a database of results and donor details
  • Develop and maintain a database of events and relevant dates
  • Contribute collaborative brain storming to team functioning
  • Help develop a marketing package to attract donors
  • Contact businesses to promote the opportunities we offer for them to be involved.

You must have proven computer and database skills and be highly organised.
You must have a good standard of conversational English.
You must be a good communicator with very well developed time management skills.
The ability to maintain confidentiality is of utmost importance.
Highly motivated to help kids in a practical way to have success in their future lives.
A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with others.
Self-directed and motivated.
Reliable and trustworthy.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
