Student Feedback - Home Based

We need volunteers to make phone calls to current students who have signed up for literacy help. This role involves calling students to request their feedback about the literacy coaching they are receiving from our nonprofit.
This role can be fulfilled from the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you and the student.
PLEASE NOTE - your phone plan needs to have capability to call nationwide. Unlimited minutes is also a plus. Calls take approximately fifteen minutes each, with about ten calls per month = a total around 2-3 hours per month volunteering time.
This is flexible, with the option to make the calls at any time that is convenient.
Gain experience working with adult literacy learners and experience advocating on behalf of students and mediating the educational relationship with their coach.


Phone conversation etiquette. Important to be fluent in spoken English as some of our students experience difficulty with their language skills and need to talk with someone they can easily understand.
No advanced tech skills required, but do need to be able to write an email once a week to report back.
This does not require a lot of time, but do need someone who is reliable, likes to talk on the phone, and is easy to understand. Friendly, kind, and reliable.

1-2 hours per week.
