Renew Membership

The process for renewing membership with Volunteering Waikato is as follows:

  1. Download your membership fee structure & invoice: (
  2. Identify which income bracket applies to your organisation. The membership fee is based on the total income of your organisation for the last financial year, from all sources, as shown in your annual accounts.
  3. Make the appropriate payment via direct credit, using the name of your organisation as the reference.

The Membership Fee form meets the accounting requirements of an invoice, so you do not need to request an invoice from us.

Please note that with the Connect system, your membership will lapse and your roles will automatically close if your membership becomes overdue, however you will be able to simply reopen these as soon as membership is reactivated.
