Parent to Parent New Zealand

Our aim is to empower parents, caregivers and whanau who have children and family members with disabilities, health impairments or special needs through support and information. We provide contact with volunteer Support Parents with a similar personal experience, who understand the challenges, frustrations and special joy that come from parenting a child with special needs, written information on more than 3600 different conditions from the very rare through to the common, SibSupportN.Z. - a sibling support programme for children and teenagers who have brothers or sisters with special needs, seminars and training workshops, Advocacy support, a range of family support programmes, Video conferencing service and Altogether Autism - Autism Spectrum Disorder information and advisory service
