Victim Support Waikato Region

Who are we? Victim Support is an independent incorporated society that provides a 24-hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year to victims of serious crime and trauma. Volunteers are at the heart of our service. What do we do? Our free service provides emotional and practical support, information, referral to other support services and advocacy for the rights of victims. This support helps victims find strength, hope and safety in the face of grief and trauma at what may be the worst time of their life. We work closely with police to provide support at a time when victims needs are immediate and sometimes overwhelming. We also provide ongoing support for as long as the victim needs us.
