2023 Volunteer Excellence Awards - Nomination Forms

Here are the nomination forms for the 2023 Volunteer Excellence Awards hosted by Volunteering Waikato, Te Ohu Tuuao o Waikato.

In 2023, we have 5 categories to celebrate volunteers that enrich our Waikato Region communities, including a new 'Event' category. To nominate a volunteer or a team of volunteers, please click on one of these links:

• Event (Volunteered at an event in 2022)
• Individual (Aged 26 or over)
• Long Service (20 years or more)
• Team (At least 2 volunteers)
• Youth (Aged 25 or under)

Nominations close Wednesday 26 April 2023.
