WORKSHOP: Recruiting volunteers is essential to enable your organisation to meet its goals. Is your recruitment strategy non-existent - or reactive and out of date? Explore a multi-paradigm model of volunteer recruitment that will enable you to attract the right volunteers using the most effective messages and platforms.

You will leave this workshop with the building blocks you need to complete a fully developed recruitment plan, including:

• Your future recruitment goals
• Your philosophy for volunteer engagement
• At least nine key platforms/connections you could be using to recruit volunteers
• Action plans that make recruitment easy

  Reading material and a printable (if you choose) workbook will be provided prior to each workshop session.
