Volunteering Waikato invites you to attend this in-person Network Hui. This is a space for anyone working in the area of volunteer engagement to share ideas, challenges, and questions with those from other community organisations working in this specialised area.
Topic: Feedback and Recognition
Feedback and Recognition is one of those areas in volunteer management that we know is vital for retention. But finding the balance between remaining consistent across each team member, while acknowledging their own individual requirements, is difficult.
At this hui, we are going to talk about some ideas to help with this balance. Bring your own ideas and questions, plus any resources you'd like to share with others.
This is our last hui for the year before our final Volunteer Managers' Day Celebration, so is a good chance to check in with our sector colleagues, share our stories, and see how we can all collaborate to support each other.
