WORKSHOP: Measuring volunteer contribution is more than just hours and numbers of volunteers. Discover a variety of ways to reflect the true value and significance of the work you do, and learn the difference between outputs, outcomes and impacts.

By the end of this session you will have the tools to communicate the true significance of your volunteer programme to a variety of stakeholder groups including your board, your volunteer teams and your funders.

PRESENTATION: Hear from John Ray who is a talent advisor from the Order of St John.

He will outline how and why a volunteer strategy can help your organisation and share the characteristics of an effective one.
