Volunteering Waikato invites you to attend the March 2021 Volunteer Co-ordinators’ Network Meeting, a space for those working in the area of volunteer management to share ideas, challenges and questions with staff from other community organisations working in this specialised area.
TOPIC: The Complexity of the Role
The role of Volunteer Co-ordinator - recruiting, working with, and supporting volunteers is complex and is often done while juggling many other responsibilities.
We need to all look after ourselves to be able to help others. In this meeting we can share ideas and strategies that enable us to do our jobs well.
We allow time for networking over refreshments at the beginning and end of the meeting and encourage you to take the opportunity to do so. Volunteering Waikato staff will be available for any specific questions or discussion regarding your volunteers or your organisation before and after the meeting.
