Hillcrest Scout Group

We empower youth through adventurous experiences to lead lives that make a positive difference.

Every year, Hillcrest Scouts helps 70+ young people around the Hillcrest area to experience outdoor adventures, interact with others, gain confidence and have the opportunity to reach their full potential through our programmes supported by 18 trained and accredited volunteers. Through taking part in a skills-based activity programme, events like the Jamboree, Regatta, Moot, and specialised schools like the caving, photography, flying, aviation, canoeing, mountaineering, snow school, Scouts develop skills like teamwork, time management, leadership, initiative, planning, communication, self-motivation, cultural awareness and commitment.
