Salvation Army - Senior Services Programme

Our mission is to care for people, transform lives and reform society.

We provide: Senior Services, a community ministry of The Salvation Army is looking for community minded people who would be interested in becoming volunteer visitors. We are looking for good dedicated people who would like to work with The Salvation Army, who can relate to an older person who is lonely or socially isolated, and would enjoy spending time with them for an hour at least once a week.
This position would particularly suit people who have retired recently.
