Pirongia Heritage & Information Centre

We operate as a heritage and visitor centre for Pirongia and district. We acquire resources to assist in education related to the environment, heritage and culture; both Maori and European.

A heritage centre open to visitors four days per week, run by volunteers.
Historic tours are conducted round the district by arrangement for groups and individuals.
We advise tourists on Mount Pirongia, Otorohanga, Waitomo and surrounding districts.
