Riding for the Disabled provides therapeutic interaction with horses in order to develop increased ability and self esteem for children and adults with physical and intellectual difficulties.

Affiliated to NZRDA, our Mission is confidence, independence and well being for people with disabilities through therapeutic horse riding and horse care. We have been serving the local community in this way for 25 years now with the aid of our volunteers.
We currently have over 30 volunteeers and 40 riders who come to us from not only the Cambridge area but from all over the Waikato as well.
